The logged in user in JRS can query for the Jira projects within the reporting engine even though he does not have access to said Jira project: shouldn’t querying for unauthorized Jira projects be restricted within Query engine?
As stated in the article Issues using OSLC Connect with ReportBuilder under section “Check the permissions of Jira Data Sources”, it is required that LQE’s permission model is properly configured to ensure that artefacts of non-IBM applications are only visible to allowed users.
OSLC does not change the visibility of your data, but querying in reporting applications requires that Permissions are configured and managed.
