The fastest way to check the application friending is by looking at the friend state in the Friends configuration page.
Setting up a Project Association
To go further, we can set up a project association to confirm the Application Friending.
You can confirm it by following this procedure:
Chose an existing project or create a sample project for this test
Go to Project settings
Go to Project Associations
Click Add Association
Select the Friend you recently added, then an Association Type that matches the domain of the Friend
A popup may open, asking you to log in to the remote application
Once the authentication popup is gone, confirm that you see the list of remote projects
If you managed to follow every step of this procedure without seeing any errors, it means that the friending between Polarion and the remote OSLC application is correctly set up.
