Problem

Admin entered a root services URL which OSLC Remote Application refused access to.

Cause

Connection to the OSLC Remote application’s Root Services document failed with HTTP 403.

Resolution

You should ask the OSLC Remote Application’s admin to check the server configuration: the Root Services document is a discovery service that must be freely accessible by anyone.
