Problem

Admin entered a Root Services URL which the OSLC Remote Application responded to with an authentication challenge.

Symptom

Connection fails because the user is not authorized.

Resolution

The OSLC Remote Application’s Admin must check the server configuration, as well as a possible SSO configuration. Root Services document is a discovery service that must be freely accessible without authentication.
