Linking to an Artifact in a Global Configuration

When the remote container provides support for Global Configurations and it is enabled, you need to set up the Global Configuration on the page. If you don’t, you’ll be reminded to:

To configure a Global Configuration, you must click the global configuration icon:

Clicking on the Switch button will open the Global Configuration selection dialog. Once you have selected a Global Configuration, you can go back to creating your link like you would do any link.
