CLM / ELM differences
IBM Jazz versions 6.0 (CLM): no specific configuration is required, linking AM to Jira works right away.
IBM Jazz versions 7.0 (ELM): a functional user needs to be set up in Jira, on the CCM application consumer.
Known issues
We raised an issue to IBM affecting ELM 7.0+ which may prevents properly linking an AM artifact to a Jira issue. That issue is fixed and shipped in ELM 7.0.3.
To create a link between a design artifact and another OSLC application, follow these steps:
Open an existing AM Design item, scroll down to the Links section, click
Add Link

Follow the procedure for either finding or creating a resource, once you’re done with the issue selection or creation, the link is added to the Links section.
