Setting up a Project Association

To set up a project association between ELM and another OSLC application, follow these steps:

  1. Open the project administration area for which you want to set up a project association.

  2. At the bottom of the Overview, in Associations, click Add.

  3. Select the Friend you recently added, then an Association Type that matches the domain of the friend.

  4. Authenticate to the remote tool in the opening popup.

    1. Note that if you are already authenticated, the popup will close automatically. If you are having problems at this point, please check the Troubleshooting friending issues in ELM article.

  5. After the authentication popup is gone, choose a project on the list then click OK.

  6. Once the remote project appears in the Associations list, click Save at the top right.
