Changes

Initial release of the Polarion migration tool (index-polarion and update-polarion commands). It updates a Siemens Polarion server so that it points to the OSLC Connect for Jira Cloud broker instead of the retired Jira Data Center instance:
- OSLC links from Polarion workitems to Jira issues, whatever the link type: the properties to migrate are discovered from the workitems themselves rather than taken from a fixed list.
- Linked Data Associations from Polarion projects to Jira projects, repointed to the Cloud service provider using the DC→Cloud ID mapping. Supported on Polarion 2310; requires a Polarion user name and password.

Changes

Initial release of the Jira migration tool (index and update commands). When Jira Data Center is migrated to Jira Cloud, the Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant does not carry over the OSLC Connect for Jira integration data. This tool restores it:
- Remote links from Jira issues to external OSLC resources.
- Links between Jira project versions and Global Configuration streams or baselines.
- Associations between Jira projects and remote OSLC project areas, and the link types they enable.
- Mappings between link types and Jira version fields (affects-version, fix-version).

Initial release of the ELM migration tool (index-elm and update-elm commands). It updates an IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management server so that its references to Jira point to the OSLC Connect for Jira Cloud broker instead of the retired Jira Data Center instance:
- Associations between ELM project areas and Jira projects, on the EWM, DNG, ETM and GCM applications.
- Release links held by GCM global configurations.
- OSLC links from ELM resources to Jira issues.
